Experimental Animation

The scene involves Spiderman leaping from a top window of a skyscraper before eventually using his webs to avoid hitting the floor. This scene includes a variety of different shots that experiment with close-ups on features such as hands, experimentation with slow-motion and abstract camera angles like shown above.how these components might result in a more active and stimulating animation to what it might’ve been originally.

My inspiration for this concept was a scene from Spiderman into the Spider-verse, with the short extract called ‘Leap Of Faith’.

Above I have sketched some thumbnails of key camera perspectives I admire within this scene. I plan to try some similar camera perspectives within one of my three experiments.
