This week I started working on the start of my film where the audience are first introduced to the different objects in the room. I am working on the shot with the fish in the fish tank and the fly that flies past the screen. I am planning on jumping between the fantastical environments and the mundane reality that the boy is playing in, throughout the animation process. I hope this will help me avoid neglecting the different parts of my film, to allow me to pay equal attention to all the different types of scenes.
I plan on completing the majority of the beginning shots over the next few weeks, as well as starting to find a composer for my film so that I can begin working on the pacing with the accompanying music. I feel this is necessary because the pacing is an important aspect for the opening of the film, to create the light-hearted playful feel I hope to achieve.
